Cozy Bay Furniture products come with a five year guarantee which covers the manufacture, durability and design of your selected furniture.

Warranty Registration Form

Register your new product within twenty-eight Days of purchase to quality for our free five year warranty. Proof of purchase required to register and making a claim. Our Five year warranty is only valid in the UK and Ireland. Second hand products do not qualify for the warranty. Registering with incorrect information will invalidate your warranty. Cozy Bay reserves the right to refuse any warranty if our terms and conditions are not met. Warranty is against manufacturing defect during normal domestic usage. This warranty does not cover colour changes in materials which is natural in an outdoor environment. We at Cozy Bay Ltd are very aware that consumers are well protected by statutory rights that are extremely comprehensive. However, because of the confidence in the integrity of our products we undertake to guarantee our products for two years Parts and Labour plus three years Parts from date of purchase against defects in the materials or workmanship. During the initial two year period products will be repaired or have parts replaced at the discretion of the Company free of charge and during the extended three year period parts will only be replaced provided that:
  • The product or any parts are returned to Cozy Bay with proof of purchase. Cozy Bay must be contacted prior to any arrangements to return any product and before any third party repair is carried out.
  • The product has been purchased by or for the user for normal domestic use and not commercial use.
  • The product has not been misused or handled carelessly, and has not been wilfully damaged, neglected or used in abnormal conditions.
  • The product has not been modified, altered or transformed in any way and repairs have not been attempted other than by Cozy Bay staff. The guarantee will be valid only if maintenance has been carried out in accordance with Cozy Bay furniture care instructions. Cozy Bay will not be responsible for any defects to furniture due to the application of teak oil or stain or any other cleaning product other than Cozy Bay recommended care products.
  • The word "defects" as used in the guarantee is defined as imperfections that impair the utility of the product. The guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear of the product such as wood checking and weathering. Normal wear and tear is defined as "the normal deterioration that is received by regular use." The guarantee does not cover dents or scratches to the product.
  • The guarantee does not cover damage, loss, or other conditions beyond the control of Cozy Bay such as damage resultant from unauthorized repair, infestation, negligence, misuse, improper handling or abuse, acts of God such as: wind damage, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fire, and any other events due to natural causes and damage caused by the improper use of a Cozy Bay parasol without the support of our recommended parasol base.
  • This guarantee only applies to garden furniture products from our 2009 range onwards, purchased after the 15th September 2009.
  • Transportation of goods to be repaired or exchanged is covered for UK and Eire only. Outside these areas the guarantee still applies however the transportation to Cozy Bay's head office is the responsibility of the consumer.
  • If a particular product is no longer available Cozy Bay reserves the right to use an alternative similar product or substitute a current model.
  • Cozy Bay Eucalyptus Gazebos, Gazebo roofs, Gazebo curtains and parasol covers, pure aluminium chairs, pure aluminium tables, cushions, Textile fabric and fading resin are excluded and come with a standard 1-year guarantee.
  • Products purchased from our clearance site come with a one year Guarantee.
  • The benefit of this guarantee cannot be assigned.
  • This guarantee does not cover any rights other than those expressly set out above and does not cover claims for consequential loss or damage.
  • This guarantee is offered as an extra benefit and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in any way whatsoever.
  • It will be Cozy Bay's decision how to resolve complaints made under warranty. To obtain service please contact the store where you bought the product or alternatively contact Cozy Bay directly.
The problem will be investigated and if identified as a fault in materials or workmanship, any repair or replacement will be made at Cozy Bay's discretion. Any product or defective part replaced shall become Cozy Bay's property.
