What is Cozy Bay drop shipping service?

 

Cozy Bay Drop Shipping Service is the method of retail merchandising which allows business owners to sell products without first purchasing and stocking the items they sell.
In other words, you can display Cozy Bay product, either in your shop, on your website or on a mail-order catalog, without having it in their inventory.

 

How does it work?

 

Based on Cozy Bay RRP you can set your own price, which is over what the Cozy Bay Trade price is. The difference between those two prices is your profit.
When your customer purchases that product from you, you can email or call our Drop Shipping Service Centre and place the order which will be delivered directly to the customer's mailing address.
In this way, the seller is responsible for the promotion of the products and Cozy Bay Furniture takes care of fulfillment.

Q: How does the Cozy Bay Drop shipping service work?


Step1: After you have accepted our Agreement, we will supply drop shipping product information pack to you. (Containing product price and delivery price list.)
Step2:We store product units in Cozy Bay Drop shipping centres. (No additional Fees. Price included in the product price.)
Step3:We will ship your orders directly from Cozy Bay Drop shipping centres to your customers, After you clear Product and Delivery Funds.( See Delivery Price list for detail. )Or you can pick up the order and use your own delivery team to ship out to customers.

 

Q:  RRP ?


RRP only serves as guidance.

 

Q:  How do we work out the delivery charge on the new Delivery price list?


We have included the amount of pallet every set required on the price list, and standard pallet size price apply most times. We have also supplied the map of delivery charge with postcode on each area, normally we would use postcode to find out delivery charge. Depending what kind of web check out system you have got, you can apply these rates by post code into the check out system. If you do not have such system we would recommend using Economy-standard (3-5 working days) price by area on your website.Don't forget when quoting consumer pricing VAT will need to apply on everything.

 

Q:  What is Manual unload?  


Manual unload is only required when delivery address are not accessible for machine to unload the pallet. (i.e. Flats and shop with no loading bay)

 

Q:  What is the main difference between Cozy Bay Furniture and some cheap "look alikes"?


Cozybay furniture are high quality, Non-KD(Non-flat packable) furniture, you have to make our customers aware of this.Furniture that are flat packable not only use very cheap material but also have very poor quality, sometimes they even use  non fire resistance material to make them. (i.e. PVC)All Cozy Bay furniture have gone through very high standard quality control and uses only the best material. We understand that customers are not buying furniture.
